Caravan pitches - Caravan site (Poole, Dorset)

Our caravan pitches are individually numbered and are allocated when you make a booking. This allows customers to make a choice and be nearer or further away from the toilets or the children's play park.

Caravan pitches all have electric hook-ups; we have several pitch types -

Standard grass caravan pitches

Our standard grass caravan pitches are generally level and the larger ones can accommodate twin axle caravans.

Grass Serviced Caravan Pitches

As well as electric hook-ups, these grass serviced caravan pitches have a fresh water supply and grey water drainage at your pitch.

Gravel Serviced Caravan Pitches

As above - these pitches have electrical hook-ups, fresh water and grey water drainage at your pitch. Rather than grass these gravel caravan pitches are on all weather hardstanding.

All caravan pitches

Most of our caravan pitches face west so have sun for much of the day. The site slopes gently, as you will see from the pictures below, but all the caravan pitches are level.

We do not charge you extra for an awning, but be aware that our Fire Safety Certificate does not allow gazebos or additional tents on our caravan pitches.

Those who stay at Pear Tree are always delighted with the peace, quiet and tranquility at the campsite. We ask everyone who stays with us to keep to similarly high standards when they are here. Our standards mainly relate to things such as: noise; keeping barbeques off the grass; windbreaks; commercial vans and dogs. Caravan pitches - notes

If you are unable to manoeuvre your caravan on to your pitch we will do this for you, at no extra charge - simply ask us when you arrive.

Our pitches are set up for British style caravans. If you have a continental caravan with the door on the opposite side, please make this clear when booking.
