Motorhome and camper van pitches - Caravan site
(Poole, Dorset)

click here to see an enlargement of this photograph (opens a new window in front of this page) Our motorhome pitches are individually numbered and all have an electric hook-up. We only book motorhomes on level pitches. The motorhome pitches face west, so have sun for most of the day.

When you book with a motor home we will automatically allocate you a pitch with a water tap. This means that you will have a water supply and grey water drainage at your pitch. These pitches were originally set up for caravans, so the water supply and drainage are at the back of your unit, against the hedge. Please make it clear when you book if you do not want this facility and are happy to collect water yourself using a general water collection point without a hose.

If you have a smaller motorhome, you can book a grass or a gravel pitch.

We can accommodate motor homes up to 10 metres long, units over 7 meters long must be on a gravel pitch.

Motorhome pitches - peaceful and quiet

Those who stay at Pear Tree are always delighted with the peace, quiet and tranquility at the campsite. We ask everyone who stays with us to keep to similarly high standards when they are here. Our standards mainly relate to things such as: noise; keeping barbeques off the grass; windbreaks; commercial vans and dogs. Everything about the standards on our campsite is detailed in our bookings section.

Don't forget that we reduce our fees for those who book through this website.
